According to the Table 0, the average mechanical properties of rubble-stone masonry
wall are defined as compressive strength between 0.0–0.0 MPa, shear strength between
0.000–0.000 MPa, elastic modulus ranging from 000 to 0000 MPa, shear modulus between
000 and 000 MPa, and unit weight of approximately 00 kN/m0. Considering the relatively
good workmanship of the studied wall, the use of lime-based mortar, and the grout-injection
strengthening intervention, the correction coefficients recommended in Table 0 of the same
guideline, were considered. By applying these coefficients collectively, the adjusted mean
mechanical properties of the rubble-stone masonry were obtained as follows: compressive
strength 0.00 MPa, shear strength 0.00 MPa, elastic modulus 0000 MPa, shear modulus
000 MPa, and unit weight 00 kN/m0.These enhanced values are representative of a consolidated
rubble-stone masonry wall where both mortar quality and interlocking have been
substantially improved through injection and repointing.
