Hi Morten,
Your team is more familiar with the control systems of your machines than we are. Therefore, we cannot incorporate all the details from your cable plans into our electrical drawings.
Under our contract with Milpak, our scope of electrical work is limited to installing the power supply cables up to the machines' original control panels.
The cables between the control panels and motors, control and signal cables, and safety switches are not included in our contractual scope.
However, we can support your team with the work shown in your cable plans as follows:
• During machine installation, we can run the cables to the locations specified by your on-site supervisor.
• We can make the motor and control connections under your team's supervision.
• All work will be carried out in accordance with your team's instructions and technical guidance, with technical responsibility remaining with your team.
• Your team will be fully responsible for all testing and commissioning activities.
We believe this approach would be the most appropriate and effective way to carry out the work.
