We are currently working on a new project proposal and require a machine for the production of semi-finished products (wire harness sub-components). The machine should be based on a Fully Automatic Wire Cutting Machine platform and include the following options/stations:
Base Machine: Fully Automatic Wire Cutting Machine – Model BZW-0.0
Required Additional Stations/Modules:
0. Wire Twisting Unit
o To be integrated for 0 mm stripped wires.
0. Tinning Station
o Solder tinning station for stripped wire end after twisting
0. Seal Insertion Station
o Automatic seal insertion unit.
o Requirement: Must accommodate 0 different seal sets (interchangeable tooling for two distinct seal types/sizes).
0. Crimping Presses (Qty: 0)
o Two crimp presses to be mounted on the machine for the EU applicators. Shot height 000,00 mm.
Process Parameter:
• Minimum wire cut length: 00 mm, 0,00-0,0 sqm.
