In this context, in order for my client to be able to use his name, as he has always known it, as "ARNAS" without any difficulty in all areas, it has become necessary to request the change of his name, registered in the population registry as "YUSUF," to "ARNAS." For the reasons explained above and to be determined ex officio by the Honorable Court, I respectfully request and demand, on behalf of my client, that the case be accepted and that the name "YUSUF," which appears in the population registry, be changed to "ARNAS" and registered in the population registry."
