I also request that the proforma for 000 sets be issued on FCA terms, with Italian customs clearance and ATR handled by you. Furthermore, the certificate of origin must be prepared before shipment. EXW delivery terms have created significant challenges and costs for us.

we are checking internally the possibility to change the delivery terms form EXW to FCA for Turkey.

I have also checked the approx packaging details for 000 pieces of Magic0 Frame.

With our standard packagign methos you hve to consider a total of 0 pallets (two with 00 sets and one with 00 sets):

n°0 pallets 00x000x00 cm total weight 000 kg each
n°0 pallets 00x000x00 cm total weight 000 kg

We can try to optimize the volume in 0 pallets (with 00 sets each) for reducing you total transport cost:

in attachment the updated proforma with still slightly better prices.

After a check with our external custom consultants, I’m sorry but we can’t proceed in FCA as delivery terms with Turkey because not being an “authorized exporter”, obtaining the ATR document for Italian customs takes several months.
Instead in EXW this document is issued directly by the forwarder in few days.

Summing up, we are obliged to proceed in EXW.

I also confirm that we will do our best to optimize the packaging in two pallets as follow (following dimension and weight has to be considered approx and not definitive):

n°0 pallets 00x000x000 cm: weight 000 kg each. Total 0000 kg

If everything is confirmed, I wait for the 00% of avanced payment before starting with production.
