The criterion sampling technique, one of the techniques purposive sampling frequently used in qualitative research, was preferred while determining its study group. In this preference, it is convenient to collect in-depth information from the data sources as well as being appropriate of the criterion sampling for the researcher to act from his / her observations and being suitable for the research problem (Maxwell, 0000: 00; Neuman, 0000: 000; Patton, 0000; Charmaz, 0000: 000). In determining the criteria, experiencing the research phenomenon (ostracism) (Miles Huberman, 0000: 00) is required. The study participants are coded as P0, P0, P0, and Pn and shown in Table 0.
