As the delegate of Canada,we would like to talk about the nuclear allocation problem in the World and Canada’s opinion about that. We have enough energy and possibility for produce the nuclear weapons. If nuclear energy used correctly we are believe that it is useful for countries developing their economies. We have 00 reactors nuclear power built in canada. 00 of them are currently using for commerical operation. We have laws,works and researchs for the nuclear energy. We place top priority on health,safety,security and environment in relition to nuclear activities. Also we have many laws about that. As you see we have enough technology for produce nuclear weapons. But we are peaceful from beginning of the nuclear allocation. We signed the NPT agreement. We are participate at the NPDI. Also we have the Weapons Threat Reduction Program. Since the program’s establishment in 0000, we have delivered more than $0.0 billion in concrete projects to address chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear proliferation and terrorism threats. We are one of the 00 members of the disarmament conference. Also we are an active participant in the United Nations’ disarmament machinery. You can see us in every program against nuclear armament.
