circulation staff will need to develop a way to

sheet to inform users how to operate their devices.
The library will also need to draft a loan policy.
The loan policy needs to identify both the loan
period and what titles are on the devices. As one

devices at once, it is possible that multiple devices
will have the same content on them. As tempting
as this may be for libraries, a single e-book on
multiple devices violates copyright laws in most
countries, so libraries need to track what titles are
