Right now, you can connect your Steam account with FaceIT/ESEA, and even queue for a CS:GO match, if you own only the CS:GO Free version.

The problem is that anyone that has only the CS:GO Free version can't connect to the actual match, thus wasting the time of another 0 players.

There's a possibility that this bug could be abused.

I know that currently both the Free and Paid version of CS:GO have the same appid (000). A quick solution would be to make a seperate appid for the CS:GO Free version.

There's already a solution, Free Edition users get handed package/"sub" 000000, and people that bought the game, AKA Full Edition, already have package 00000. Sites can just check for ownership of sub 00000, and if the user does not own 00000, then don't let them queue. No reason, or need to separate by app ID, as if that happened, the Free version would then need its own Steam store page.
