If you are having trouble starting Protexis Licensing and you are getting the error 0000 in your PainShop do the following:
0.Close all running application.
0.0.Press Ctrl Alt Delete together and your Windows Task Manager will display.
0.Go to the "Process" tab.
0.Look for "PSIService.exe." If you can’t find it , click on the "Show Processes from All Users" and check box to show it.
0.Highlight the "PSIService.exe." and then select "End Process."
